FAQ
Do you have a free trial?+
Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day card-on-file trial. We collect your card at checkout but don’t charge for 7 days. Use JUCEY end-to-end during that window, and if it isn’t for you, cancel from /billing before day 8 and you won’t be charged a cent. Otherwise the plan auto-bills on day 8 and renews monthly.
When does my card get charged?+
On day 8 — the day after your 7-day trial ends. If you cancel any time during the trial we don’t charge you. After day 8 you’re billed monthly at the listed plan price until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Sign in and use "Manage subscription" on the /billing page — it opens the secure billing portal where you can cancel in two clicks. Cancel during the 7-day trial and you won’t be charged. Cancel after that and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
What’s the refund policy?+
Because we don’t charge during the 7-day trial, the cleanest way to get your money back is to cancel before day 8 — that’s a $0 outcome. After you’ve been billed, charges are non-refundable except where required by law, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. Charged in error? Email billing@jucey.app and we’ll sort it out.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?+
Yes. Use "Manage subscription" to upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades prorate immediately; downgrades take effect on the next renewal so you keep what you already paid for.
Is annual billing available?+
Annual billing isn’t live yet — we’re launching monthly-only so we can iterate on pricing during the first few months. Email billing@jucey.app to be notified when annual plans open.
